At Wholesale Spark, we want you to shop with confidence. You may return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error such as receiving an incorrect or defective item we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the date you hand over the package to the return carrier. In many cases, refunds are issued sooner. This timeframe includes the return transit period (5–10 business days), processing time after we receive the item (3–5 business days), and your bank’s processing time (5–10 business days).
To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, go to the “Complete Orders” section under the My Account menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.

Wholesale Spark ships to most addresses worldwide. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions, and some items may not be eligible for international delivery.
Once you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on product availability and the shipping option you select. Shipping estimates may also appear during checkout, depending on the carrier chosen.
Shipping rates for many products are calculated based on weight. You can find the product weight on its detail page. To align with our shipping partners’ policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound when calculating shipping costs.
